The Rolling Stones and retail chain Best Buy are throwing a party Oct. 29 in New York to celebrate the release of the band's four-DVD set "Four Flicks," which Best Buy is selling exclusively at least through the end of the year. The DVD release party will be held at Capitale, a nightclub/restaurant in New York's Chinatown neighborhood. The Rolling Stones and other celebrities will be in attendance.

"Four Flicks" -- which TGA Entertainment will release Nov. 10 in Europe and Nov. 11 in the U.S. and Canada -- has over five hours of mostly previously unreleased footage from the band's 2002-2003 Licks world tour. The DVD set will sell at a U.S. retail price of $29.99.

A sneak preview of "Four Flicks" is on Best Buy's "Coming Attractions" free promotional DVD, which is being given away this month to Best Buy customers who purchase any CD, DVD or video game.

Daz Dillinger has signed a new recording deal with Jermaine Dupri's So So Def label, Billboard.com can exclusively reveal. The Los Angeles-based rapper is currently in the studio working on his upcoming album, tentatively titled "So So Gangsta." Due next spring, the album is expected to feature guest appearances by Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Warren G., and Soopafly.

After a six-year hiatus, Chicago rock outfit Urge Overkill is making steps toward a reunion, Billboard.com has learned. Sources say the group -- frontman Nash Kato, bassist Eddie "The King" Roeser and drummer Blackie Onassis -- is eyeing a New Year's Eve show in either Chicago or New York, and may begin work on its first album since 1995's "Exit the Dragon" (DGC).

It is understood that the group does not have a record deal; Urge Overkill began work on a 1997 album for Epic's 550 imprint but was dropped before it was finished. Kato released a solo album, "Debutante," in the spring of 2000 on the now-defunct Will Records.
