Massive Attack principal 3-D (real name: Robert Del Naja) was arrested Tuesday at his home in Bristol, England, in connection with downloading child pornography from the Internet. The 36-year-old musician was also questioned on an alleged discovery of class-A drugs -- believed to be ecstasy -- before being released. Police also seized computer equipment during the operation.

Del Naja, a peace activist, today (Feb. 27) told British national tabloid The Sun: "I have never looked at child pornography in my life. I am fully co-operating with the police and I would ask everyone not to judge me prematurely. I have total faith in the justice system."

Massive Attack's latest Virgin album, "100th Window," is No. 1 on Music & Media's European Top 100 Albums chart. It debuted recently at the top spot on the U.K. album chart -- the best-ever opening week of the group's 12-year chart career.

Neil Finn, fresh off a month-long North American tour in support of his Nettwerk album "One All," will begin recording with brother and former Split Enz/Crowded House cohort Tim Finn later this year.

"Tim and I are about to disappear into a cave to conjure up a whole bunch more songs," Neil wrote on the well-connected fan site frenz.com. "We should be recording by June I think. I promise that next time with Tim we will cover other areas of your fine countries with a longer tour."

The album would be the second release for the brothers after 1995's "Finn" album.

Folk music singer/songwriter Tom Glazer died Friday in Philadelphia, Billboard Bulletin reports. Glazer, who was 88, was best known for the 1963 novelty song "On Top of Spaghetti."

Along with such contemporaries as Woody Guthrie, Josh White, and Leadbelly, Glazer was instrumental in establishing folk music in the '40s, paving the way for its commercial success in the '60s. He also composed for Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, and others and wrote several books on music. His songwriting credits include "Lonely Am I" and "Skokiaan."
