Kim Kardashian Finishes Recording With The-Dream, Previews Music Video

Kim Kardashian has finished recording her debut song, "Turn It Up," with The-Dream, according to a tweet on Kardashian's Twitter account. The reality star also showed off a few pictures from the song's video shoot, which was directed by Hype Williams. The photos show Kardashian dressed in white and with braided hair. Liam Gallagher Tells Radiohead To 'Go F**k Yourselves'

Liam Gallagher had a few choice words for Radiohead in an interview with Thequietus.com, among them: "Go F**k Yourselves." The former Oasis singer berated the iconic rock band for writing an album "about a f**king tree." The Beady Eye frontman unleashed a number of other expletives about the band and album, "The King of Limbs," which was released Feb. 18. (NME)

 

Owl City Announces New Album, Tour

Owl City's upcoming album now has a release date and name. "All Things Bright and Beautiful," the follow-up to the act's major label debut, "Ocean Eyes," will see a release May 17 on Universal Republic. In addition to the new album, Owl City will embark on a headlining world tour this summer that will kick off at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium June 13.

 

Kings Of Leon Guitarist Matthew Followill Expecting First Child

Kings of Leon guitarist Matthew Followill is a dad-to-be: Followill and wife Johanna Bennett are expecting their first child together. Once it arrives, the baby will be the first of likely many from the Followill clan, as drummer Nathan and frontman Caleb have both been married in the past two years. (People)

 

Wiz Khalifa, Sleigh Bells To Perform At mtvU Woodie Awards

Wiz Khalifa and Sleigh Bells are among the artists performing at mtvU's 2011 Woodie Awards March 16 at Austin's South By Southwest festival. Other acts scheduled to perform include Two Door Cinema Club, Odd Future and MNDR. Matt & Kim, Lupe Fiasco and Skylar Grey will be among the award show's presenters.
