Primal Scream, the notorious British band whose "Screamadelica" album helped define the blissed-out, post-rave mood of the country following its drug-fueled "Summer of Love," will perform the classic record in its entirety for the first time later this year. According to NME, will play the album, which includes "Movin' On Up," "Loaded" and the 10-minute long "Come Together" at the London Olympia on Nov. 27.

Def Jam has signed a 7-figure record deal with former Bad Boy rapper Shyne, according to MissInfo.tv. Shyne has been the subject of a major label bidding war ever since the Brooklyn emcee was released from prison and deported to Belize back in October.

Jermaine Dupri has enlisted an all-star group of singers - including Usher, Robin Thicke, Tyrese and Trey Songz - to record a new version of Quincy Jones' 1989 hit "The Secret Garden (Sweet Seduction Suite)." "It took a minute for me to even think about touching it," Dupri told MTV. "It's a couple of components in that record that you don't wanna touch - Barry White being one of the main components. I had to leave him [on the song]."
