The "Animal" singer has also been getting some negative publicity since a demo titled "Styrofoam" leaked on which she disses Britney Spears ("Britney Who?"). The lyrics resulted in Perez Hilton, aka "The Queen Of All Media," launching a Twitter campaign to make #Keshawho a trending topic. He succeeded.

Sri Lankan singer and rapper M.I.A. has announced plans for a new album and summer festival performances. According to Pitchfork, The "Paper Planes" vocalist says to look out for a new album to be released as early as June, and announced July and August gigs in L.A., NYC, London and Oslo, Norway.

It seems as though Mariah Carey's "Angel's Advocate" LP has been shelved. While reps at Island Def Jam Records have neither conformed nor denied the rumors, the Target-exclusive album has disappeared from the retail chain's online listings as well as on Amazon.com, where it was to be available for download, reports thegrapejuice.com. The supposition comes on the heels of disappointing sales of Carey's "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" LP and a mediocre tour turnout.

In a series of tweets, she criticized "the unspoken backstory" and "the language, the message" of Gaga's latest video and deemed it "socially irresponsible."
