Modern rock act Incubus has confirmed its first dates of 2004, beginning March 3 in Tokyo and wrapping March 30 in Auckland. The trek will be in support of the group's new album, "A Crow Left of the Murder," due tomorrow (Feb. 3) via Epic. First single "Megalomaniac" is No. 3 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart this week.Incubus isn't expected to tour North America until summer, but fans who insert the new CD into a computer will be able to register for an exclusive ticket pre-sale.

Canadian pop singer Fefe Dobson will kick of a U.S. club tour Feb. 18 in Cleveland. On board for all but the first show through a planned March 3 stop in Boston will be fellow female singer/songwriter Toby Lightman. Both artists will be touring in support of debut albums. Dobson's self-titled Island/Def Jam debut is No. 67 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 130,000 copies in the U.S. since its December release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Lightman's "Little Things" is set for a March 30 release via Atlantic.

Chingy and Morris Day are among the guests appearing on "The New Testament (The Truth)," the sophomore album from hip-hop artist Suga Free. Due March 2 via Bungalo/Laneway/Universal, the set also features appearances by Hi-C, Kokane, Clue Dog, Bubba Brown, Big Steele and War Zone Rydaz. The set reunites Suga Free on three tracks with producer DJ Quik, who produced his 1997 debut, "Street Gospel." Included on the album is the underground single "Angry Enuff," as well as the forthcoming radio cut "Cool." A bonus DVD will boast footage of the rapper in the studio making the new album.
"Street Gospel," which reached No. 14 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and No. 37 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums tally, has sold 184,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
