"Live at the Metro" features 12 electric cuts, including the group's star-making cover of Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer." Their version reached nine different Billboard charts, including a No. 2 mark on the Modern Rock Tracks chart and a No. 20 peak on the Hot 100.
Seven acoustic songs round out the album, including a cover of Elvis Costello's "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love & Understanding" and the group's own "San Dimas High School Football Rules," "The Hero Dies in This One" and "Fast Times at Drop-Out High."
The Ataris begin a three-week European tour Feb. 17 in Dublin.
