Adele's "21" (XL Recordings) resumed its supremacy yesterday (Sunday) on the U.K. album charts moving back 2-1 after the Foo Fighters' "Wasting Light" (RCA/Sony Music Entertainment) last week broke its 12-week run at No. 1.  "Party Rock Anthem" (Interscope/Universal) by LMFAO featuring Lauren Bennett and Goonrock started a second week atop the singles chart.

"21" sold its two millionth U.K. copy last Tuesday (19), but its weekly sales dipped below 100,000 for the first time last week, at 91,000. Its predecessor "19" held at No. 3 in the new chart, with the Foo Fighters album down to No. 2. Jessie J's "Who You Are" (Lava/Universal Island) climbed 7-4 as its new single "Nobody's Perfect" made its top 75 debut at No. 32. Rihanna's "Loud" (Interscope/Universal) climbed 6-5, Cee Le Green's "The Lady Killer" (Warner Bros.) 8-6 and Bruno Mars' "Doo-Wops & Hooligans" (Elektra/Warner Music) 10-7.

The highest new entry on the new U.K. album chart, at No. 10, was English rapper Chipmunk's second set "Transition" (Jive/Sony Music Entertainment). Gorillaz made a No. 12 start with the full release of their late 2010 fan club album "The Fall" (Parlophone/EMI) and emerging British singer-writer Jamie Woon debuted at No. 15 with his first album "Mirror Writing" (Candent Songs/Polydor/Universal). "Now That's What I Call Music! 78" (EMI Virgin/UMTV) scored a second week atop the compilation chart.

LMFAO's second week as singles chart champions was achieved with weekly sales of 85,000, according to the Official Chart Company, compared to 91,000 the week before. Midweek sales data had shown north London "grime" MC Wretch 32 outselling LMFAO with "Unorthodox" (Levels/Ministry of Sound), which eventually landed in runner-up spot with 66,000 sales.

Jennifer Lopez' former No. 1 "On The Floor" (Def Jam/Universal), featuring Pitbull, dipped 2-3, as Tracy Chapman's 1988 staple "Fast Car" (Elektra/Warner Music) raced 58-4 after the song was performed by Michael Collings, a contestant on the ITV series "Britain's Got Talent." Chapman's self-titled debut album also reappeared at No. 53, its first appearance in the top 75 chart since 2005.

The new singles survey also contained an 8-5 climb for "Beautiful People" (RCA/Sony Music Entertainment) by Chris Brown featuring Benny Benassi, while Lady Gaga's "Judas" (Interscope/Universal) improved 14-9. Bruno Mars' "The Lazy Song" (Elektra/Warner Music) started at No. 15 and Beyoncé's new single "Run The World (Girls)" (Columbia/Sony Music Entertainment) at No. 18, after only three days on release.
