Kevin Rudolf and guests gloat about their rise to the top on the producer/singer's new single, "I Made It." "I look up to the sky/ And now the world is mine/ I've known it all my life/I made it, I made it," Rudolf belts on the party-perfect chorus, with help from Jay Sean. Later, Rudolf boasts at the expense of his nonbelievers: "Now look who cashed in/They didn't wanna know it back then/But ever since I done gone platinum/ They turn around and now the sky is falling down." Rapper Birdman, however, is more focused on fame's perks: "Stunner island/ Money and the power/ That's how we do it/Make it rain, make it shower." The track has an epic, pounding beat and triumphant message, but what purpose the latter ultimately serves is a little unclear.-Melanie Bertoldi
