Psychedelic met psychedelic last night, as indie oddballs MGMT took on the early Pink Floyd cut "Lucifer Sam" on the third night of "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon"'s "Pink Floyd Week."

The motherlode of Pink Floyd EMI reissues kicked off this week led by the release of the six-disc "Immersion" box set showcasing and augmenting 1973's classic "Dark Side Of The Moon,' and a five-show run of great artists performing key Pink Floyd tunes on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' that wraps tonight with Pearl Jam ( Foo Fighters with Roger Waters, MGMT, Dierks Bentley and The Shins rocked the days). Billboard.com is celebrating the bonanza by giving away the Immersion box signed by PF's Nick Mason plus  a copy of the book, "The Making of 'Dark Side Of The Moon."  Want to be the lucky fan who wins it? Pink Floyd Says Reissue Project Gives 'Complete View' of its Legacy

 

The 'Immersion' box includes the digitally remastered "Dark Side of the Moon," "Dark Side of The Moon" performed live at England's famed Wembly in 1974, a DVD audio disc of 5.1 Surround and Quad mixes, plus two discs of vintage live featurette films, demos, and other concert audio; all wrapped up with a 40-page book and a photo book, plus memorabilia.
