With blues-rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa's new album "Dust Bowl" due on Mar. 22, Billboard.com is giving readers a chance hear a tune and to win a guitar signed by the legendary riff-man, his entire catalog, or snag a free copy of "Dust Bowl."
