It's no secret that Perez Hilton loves sharing music -- by everyone from Lady GaGa and Katy Perry to Mika and Leona Lewis -- with the people who read his blog.  But now he wants to share his favorite acts with someone who's not exactly his biggest fan.

"I am inviting will.i.am to my tour," Hilton tells Billboard.com, referring to his current Perez Hilton Presents tour featuring Ladyhawke, Semi Precious Weapons, Ida Maria and more. "Will, go to any of the shows on me, for free, and you can check out some artists that are better than you!"

It's a bold invitation, given that Hilton (nee Mario Lavandeira) is still pursuing legal action again the Black Eyed Peas' tour manager for alleged assault.  But Hilton is feeling gutsy these days. Along with his new tour, Miami-bred celebrity blogger launched his own label imprint, Perezcious Music, through Warner Music Group this year. He also released an album by his first signing, the French alt-pop artist Sliimy, on Sept. 15. Hilton says this is just the beginning of his music ventures. "I've signed a ton of people, but I can't announce any of them yet...I don't want to be like Justin Timberlake, who announced that Esmee Denters girl and then didn't release any new music for a whole year-plus."

Watch Perez explain how he plans to bring Sliimy's music to the masses, why every record label "sucks" and what prompted him to declare, "I'm not ever writing about Jordin Sparks again."
