2010 may be almost a month old now, but singer/songwriter Keri Hilson is still aglow thinking about what an incredible year 2009 was -- she's got two Grammy nominations as a constant reminder. She told Billboard all about it in a recent video interview, and performed her hit "Knock You Down."

"I am so excited about the Grammy nominations. It is super, duper, duper exciting to just be mentioned," Hilson tells Billboard.com. "Even to just be on the paper to be nominated -- that is such an honor. Win or lose, I had an incredible 2009. I feel like I don't have to take an award home to be pleased with my intro to this industry."

All humility aside, Hilson -- who is up for Best New Artist and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration -- says it "would be great" to take home the latter Grammy. "I can't say either category would mean more. I mean, both of them can bring home a Grammy. But Best New Artist is kind of tricky because you only get one shot at winning that award," she says.

As for the new year, Hilson says she plans to start recording her second album soon and hopes to work with the likes of Robin Thicke, Lauryn Hill and Ryan Leslie.
