The Romantics

It was nice to be home. Detroit has always been good to us. We enjoyed our friends and family joining us for a high energy night at St. Andrews Hall. Congrats to the Detroit Tigers for making it to the World Series and winning the American League pennant.

From there we rolled into the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland for a Friday the 13th show and birthday bash for our notorious drummer, Brad Elvis. The bands and crew helped celebrate with a big birthday cake and song! Winter came early to Buffalo so we enjoyed a day off in Cleveland to visit the Rock Hall.

Since Buffalo was Mike Skill's birthplace his high expectations turn to disappointment. We regret that this show was canceled and will look forward to future performances there.

From Cleveland, the bus rolled on to Boston. The night we arrived bands and crew got a chance to share a dinner together. It was great to share a hometown stage with the Charms and their fans. Cheers to the Charms for their hometown hospitality.

We arrived in New Haven, Connecticut to play at the legendary Toad's Place. We have played there many times over the years. It was a cold rainy night but we still turned up the heat. Wally and Mike joined the Shadows of Knight on stage for a rousing version of "Oh Yeah!"

The Rolling Rock and Roll bus heads to Philadelphia for cheese steaks and rock and roll at the Trocodero Theatre. Even though we have passed the midway point of the tour, we're still up for and look forward to more good times and high energy fun.
