In early November, we put out the call for you to show us your most dazzling smile (and your most creative headline) by making a Billboard cover with you as the star. You entered in huge numbers, but only only one grinning Billboard.com visitor could grab the grand prize. Who had the coolest cover? Kaylah Taylor of Miami, Florida is the lucky winner! You can see the Billboard cover she made right here. Kaylah has won a trip to New York for a real red carpet experience at Billboard's Dec. 2 Women In Music event honoring Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj (including airfare, hotel and spending money!), plus a year's supply of the Crest 3D White collection of products and her cover on Crest 3D White's Facebook page on Dec. 2, all courtesy of Crest 3D White.

It was tough to choose between all of the great entries, however. So we picked one runner up, Carrie Miller of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to win a year's supply of the Crest 3D White collection of products.

Thanks to everyone who entered, and be sure to come back to Billboard.com on Dec. 2 to check out all of the exciting action from our Women In Music event.
