"No voice and a bloody Jackass"

Here we are, the home stretch... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The only thing standing between me and much needed rest and relaxation is a run of five more shows.

Looking back, the past week has shown us a little bit of everything starting with possibly the best show of the tour at Northern Lights in Clifton Park, NY. It was just one of those great nights with a perfect crowd and band vibe... Feeling good, on to Poughkeepsie, N.Y.!

Every time we play Poughkeepsie it's a rowdy good time and the night always ends with a parking lot fight or police storming the bus. I'm happy to say that this time was no different. We were visited by Jackass alumni Raab, who hung with the band and celebrated the birthdays of Siggy and merch-girl, Nina. The night lingered on and much alcohol was consumed... Long story short, Raab ended up face down and bloody in the parking lot of the club... We had nothing to do with it... Really...

Sayreville, N.J. and Towson, MD, proved to be good solid shows, but my voice is beginning to strain. With no time off, the scheduled live XM Satellite performance isn't looking too good. By the time we hit DC and the XM building I've got nothing to give. Not wanting to disappoint the fans who showed up for the taping, we decided to give them a unique instrumental performance. All in all it was a pretty cool experience. And as soon as my voice gets stronger, I'll drop my vocals on top and get the tracks ready for broadcast.

On to Jaxx in Springfield, Va., Huntington, W.V., Valparaiso, Ind., and Urbana, Ill. for the grand finale.
