"I'm just at a certain place where I've changed a lot as a person," Cyrus told Billboard last month during her cover story interview. "I've grown up a lot, which everyone does." First single, the title track, is a clear testament to that statement. "If there was a question about my intentions, I'll tell ya / I'm not here to sell ya… I'm not a fake, it's in my DNA," Cyrus retaliates against the naysayers over piercing, edgy synths. "I can't be tamed! I can't be changed!" she continues over a gyrating death-march of a chorus.
