Last night (March 15), Green Day, Phish and Pearl Jam came out to New York's Waldorf-Astoria to usher the Stooges, Genesis and ABBA into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Great for them -- but when will Billie Joe, Trey and Eddie -- not to mention Britney, Beyonce, Taylor and more of today's stars -- actually get their due? Well, according the Rock Hall rules, artists are not eligible until 25 years after their first recordings are released -- which means some of your current faves have a while to wait before they make their aceptance speeches.

In the meantime, we've come up with a list of stars who've made huge marks over the last 25 years and calculated how long they have to wait to get the Rock Hall nod (only 23 years left, Lady Gaga!). Check out our list, and tell us which of your faves is most worthy of the honor.
