The Billboard Music Awards' 10 Best Dressed


Fashion expert Niki Schwan, the celebrity stylist who brought the world some of Nicki Minaj's hottest outfits, was watching last night's Billboard Music Awards (May 22) even closer than the millions of music fans who tuned in to watch Beyoncé, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, the Black Eyed Peas and the dozens of other stars who performed and presented awards. She had her eyes on the outfits, and now she's made her list of the night's 10 best dressed stars.

NIKI SCHWAN: "This young lady did not go unrecognized at this year's awards. The young starlet came dressed as a grown woman, with a tight black, slick, sexy and long Jessica Rabbit dress. She wore it well. Reminiscent of a vintage Tom Ford Gucci (only someone as young as Selena could actually consider this look "vintage" inspired, but I am giving her the credit none the less, she looked fantastic!)"
