Setzer and his Orchestra are no strangers to Christmas tunes. The BSO's catalog includes "Boogie Woogie Christmas" and "Christmas Rocks," both chockful of Setzer's rockabilly takes on yuletide fare. The band has been on their annual "Christmas Rocks" tour since Nov. 20, but look for Setzer and company to also perform selections from their latest album, the noirish "Songs From Lonely Avenue."
"The Christmas tour now is pretty much whatever I want to do," Setzer told Billboard in November. "I still do a lot of the Christmas songs, but I want to play some of the '...Lonely Avenue' stuff, Stray Cats stuff, just pick the songs I want to do now. People don't seem to mind; they just want to hear the songs."
