Black Eyed Peas take the week's No. 1 spot on Hot Tour with box office totals reported from nine arenas on the European leg of its E.N.D. World Tour. Following a 34-city North American trek which took place during the first four months of the year, the L.A.-based hip-hop group kicked off its European dates in Ireland on May 1 and 2. Two sold out performances at the 14,000-seat O2 in Dublin, resulted in gross totals topping €1.5 million ($2 million US) with 24,724 tickets sold. Two U.K. venues also hosted the tour for multiple shows, the LG Arena in Birmingham (May 8, June 1) and Manchester Evening News Arena (May 23-24). The Grammy-winning band played three nights in Paris (May 20, June 4-5) at the 17,000-seat sports arena, Palais Omnisports Bercy. The €2.4 million in combined ticket sales ($3 million US) was the top gross among the reported venues. One-off stops on the tour were at Hallenstadion in Zürich (May 11), Milan's Mediolanum Forum (May 12), O2 World in Berlin (May 15), O2 Arena in Prague (May 16) and Antwerp, Belgium's arena Sportpaleis (May 19). With an overall gross total currently topping $56 million since the fall 2009 kick-off, the E.N.D. World Tour will return to North America in July and August following its current European leg.

Berlin metal band Rammstein takes the No. 2 ranking with totals from concerts in seven European cities reported by promoter Live Nation. The band has been touring since November behind the October 2009 release of its latest album titled "Liebe ist Für Alle Da". With reported show dates ranging from late-November through early-March, the $8.7 million in ticket sales represented on this week's Hot Tours chart include a top gross of €1.7 million ($2.6 million US) from a sellout crowd of 32,382 at the Dutch stadium GelreDome in Arnhem on Dec. 6.
