Billboard and Fox will ring in 2010 with "Billboard's New Year's Eve Live," a special broadcast of musical performances from the Las Vegas Strip by hot acts on the Billboard charts. The live broadcast from 11 p.m. ET - 12:30 a.m. ET (on tape delay in other time zones) will also include archival footage of the most memorable performances from the Billboard Music Awards, as well as a top ten countdown of the year in music, movies and TV.

The special will also capture the ball drop from New York City's Times Square.

Hosts and musical guests will be announced shortly for the broadcast, which will be executive-produced by Bob Bain, produced by Paul Flattery and directed by Michael Dempsey.
