What do Lil Jon, Florence and the Machine, and unsigned singer Christina Perri have in common? Admittedly not much, except that all three artists got a nice boost from reality dance-off "So You Think You Can Dance" last night.

In a brilliant performance that left Julia Stiles' "Save the Last Dance" moves in the dust, ballet prodigy Alex Wong and all-star alum Stephen "Twitch" Boss took on a hip-hop number to Lil Jon's "Outta Your Mind" featuring 3OH!3, from the producer/rapper's finally-dropped album, "Crunk Rock." The results were way, way better than anyone could have imagined.

More predictably great was the contemporary number set to Florence and the Machine's "Cosmic Love," performed by Ashley Galvan and her all-star partner, Ade Obayomi. (Sidenote: this is the second time Florence and the Machine's music has been featured on the show this season, after the season premiere kicked off with the U.K. band's cover of Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love.")

A lesser-known act who's getting buzz after last night's show? Unsigned singer/songwriter Christina Perri, whose song "Jar of Hearts" was interpreted by Billy Bell and Kathryn McCormick. The performance seems to have resonated with the "SYTYCD" audience in a big way. At press time, Perri's "Jar of Hearts" is at No. 20 on iTunes' top songs.
