DMB rocked the arena with the high-powered song and -- fitting to the Cajun culture of "The Big Easy" -- a saxophone solo transitioned "Why I Am" into the Talking Heads classic "Burning Down The House." Mardi Gras dancers entered the stage and fireworks exploded in the sky as the crowd roared in anticipation of the new football season.

Following the Dave Matthews performance, singer Colbie Caillat did a loungy version of the National Anthem backed by an acoustic guitar.
