The video recently leaked online after being shown as an interlude during Britney's live show a several years ago. Although you won't find Manson in the vid, Spears fills the creepiness void with plenty of masked dancers and masked make-out sessions.
A Britney-Manson mashup would have been a heck of a lot crazier in the late '90s, but we'll take it.
