Nate Dogg's Sons Plotting Album, Collaboration with 'Uncle Snoop'

Nathaniel D. "Nate Dogg" Hale's untimely passing last month left a void in West Coast hip-hop -- one that the rapper's two sons, Nigel and Little Nate, hope to fill themselves. In a new TMZ video, Nate Dogg's two kids talk about their father's careers and their goal to "try to be just like him."
Little Nate, 18, and Nigel, 15, say that they plan on working with West Coast artists like Game, DJ Quik and their "Uncle Snoop." While the duo are still writing and have not recorded anything yet, Nigel says that their plan is to "make it like my father." "Like father, like son, you know?" Little Nate chimes in.
Nate Dogg passed away at the age of 41 on Mar. 15 due to complications from multiple strokes. The rapper, best known for singing the hook on hip-hop singles like Warren G's "Regulate," 50 Cent's "21 Questions" and Ludacris' "Area Codes," was mourned by friends, family and about 1,000 fans at a funeral in Long Beach, Ca. on Mar. 26.
At the end of the clip, Little Nate flashes a preview of his rhyming skills, although he's not sure his father ever got to hear him rap. "I don't think he woulda liked it. He didn't like me cussing too much," he says with a smile.
