Drake earns Greatest Gainer honors on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart as "Make Me Proud," featuring Nicki Minaj, blasts 50 spots from No. 94 to No. 44.

Drake's much anticipated sophomore album is finally starting to take shape with the revealing of the official tracklist. "Take Care" (Nov. 15) includes guest appearances by  The Weeknd, Rick Ross, Andre 3000, Lil Wayne, Rihanna and more. With all of those big names, Drizzy is looking for a year-end blockbuster.

The list from official fan site  All Things Fresh features a few songs already released to the public like "Marvins Room," Rap Songs No. 1 "Headlines" and R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Greatest Gainer No. 38, "Make Me Proud," featuring pretend Twitter ex-wife Nicki Minaj. But the album's title track puts Drake together with another love interest of his: Rih Rih.

Not making the cut are a few songs released off of Drake's October's Very Own blog including "Club Paradise," which is the namesake for his upcoming tour, "Free Spirit," and "Dreams Money Can Buy."

The Weeknd and Drake also finally get to collaborate after several rumored partnerships, along with another talked up guest spot with Andre 3000. The tracklist, however, does not reveal the appearance of previously mentioned guest Stevie Wonder. Hopefully he'll be on piano, at least.
