T.I. Stops Dispute Between Diddy & Non-Ciroc Drinker: Watch

T.I. mediates a dispute between Diddy and a non-ciroc drinker at the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards after party.

Diddy has taken to Twitter to apologize for a heated incident at an Atlanta club on Saturday night (Oct. 1) in which he verbally attacked an attendee and threw an ice cube at him.

"I'm a child God and I should be better no matter what someone [sic] says to me," the rapper wrote on his Twitter page early Tuesday morning. "I'm sorry for the ignorant way I represented myself and us."

The dispute, which followed the taping of the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards, arose when a Compound clubgoer who has been identified as Ricky Parker was allegedly taunting Diddy by drinking Grey Goose vodka instead of Ciroc vodka, which has tapped Diddy as a spokesperson. After Diddy yells, "What you gonna do, n---a? You in my house" at Parker, T.I. steps in to break up a tiff and tells Diddy, "I'd go to war with you, but come on, man."

Two days after the incident, Diddy (real name: Sean Combs) admitted that he "backslid and regressed" by getting so angry at the Grey Goose drinker. "I have a responsibility that I promise I will live up to," he wrote. "And I'm more disappointed in myself than you know. I will humble myself and learn."

Meanwhile, Parker reportedly says he felt "humiliated and disrespected" by the rapper, and tells TMZ, "You won't ever hear me support him from this moment forward."
