Shakira got a little misty-eyed at a Phoenix community center, Marc Anthony, Daddy Yankee, Thalia and Paulina Rubio hit up the 2010 Latin Billboard Awards in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Paramore's Hayley Williams and Avril Lavigne rocked jailbird stripes and Pharrell and Bono kicked it with politicians.
