"This Is It" Stays On Top, U2 Sets New Record, Rock Hall Turns 25

On today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, Michael Jackson's "This Is It" is the number one movie in America, taking in 32.5 million dollars in five days. The soundtrack of the same name is still expected to top the Billboard 200 when we report the charts on Wednesday.

U2's Oct. 25 concert at the California Rose Bowl broke the record for the highest attendance at a U.S. show ever reported to Billboard Boxscore, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame celebrated 25 years with a two-night concert event in New York's Madison Square Garden, boasting a lineup that included Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Bruce Springsteen and many more.
