Rihanna Gives the Scoop on "Rated R"

In Friday's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, we caught up with Rihanna to find out what fans can expect with her new album "Rated R". "I didn't want to repeat myself, I didn't think the first album was true artistry," says the star, emphasizing that she paid attention to this record a lot more closely and was much more involved in the writing than with earlier albums. "I wanted to make great songs with great meaning," more of a "grimy sound with a lot of bass, something with a little more depth."
