Pumpkins Proliferate; Perez Proposes Peace

In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, the Smashing Pumpkins' Billy Corgan has written a slew of new songs that he plans to release for free as a 44-song concept album called "Teargarden by Kaleidyscope" beginning Oct. 31. The tunes are inspired, naturally, by characters from the Tarot.




Meanwhile, Perez Hilton extends a curious invitation to will.i.am after their well-publicized confrontation earlier this year, and Boys Like Girls talk about hooking up with High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale for the video for the band's hit "Love Drunk".
