Rock band Pink Floyd on Thursday won a court battle with EMI in a ruling that prevents the record company from selling single downloads on the Internet from the group's concept albums.

Kings of Leon become part of the Tap Tap Revenge franchise of iPhone game apps, and in Making Noise, Billy Corgan addresses questions about whether there will be videos for the 44 songs on Smashing Pumpkins' "Teargarden by Kaleidyscope".
