Jason Derulo Breaks Out, U2 Breaks Noise Ordinances

In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, Jason Derulo's "Whatcha Say" hits No. 1 at pop radio after topping the Hot 100 last week. The artist, who started in the business as a songwriter, is working on his debut album due early next year. Meanwhile, U2 gets slapped with a massive fine by the city of Dublin for violating noise statutes after neighbors complained about the band's shows in Croke Park, and American Idol champ Kris Allen talks about the challenges of recording his debut album while out on the "American Idols Live" tour.
