High Times at the 2009 Smokeout Festival

In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, we visit the 2009 Cypress Hill Smokeout Festival that took place this past weekend in San Bernadino, Calif. Performing acts included Cypress Hill, Kottonmouth Kings, Slipknot and Sublime, and according to Fletcher Dragge from Pennywise, the mission of the fest is to "put out the message to legalize the green bud." B-Real from Cypress Hill explains how the festival started, and Corey Taylor from Slipknot calls the event "a whole other level of stink".
