In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, Fall Out Boy have launched a comic book called "Fall Out Toy Works" based loosely on the song "Tiffany Blews" from their most recent album, "Folie a Deux." The story is about a toymaker and his robotic female creation.

Speaking of parables, Poison singer Bret Michaels' autobiography has been pushed back into 2010, giving him more time to include more "nutty stories." And a few of those may have come out of last night's Billboard.com party to kick off Advertising Week, which included performers Raphael Saadiq, Wyclef Jean and Eve.
