Ticketmaster Canada has appointed Patti-Anne Tarlton senior VP and chief operating officer. In turn, current COO Tom Worrall will become chairman of Ticketmaster Canada.

"We couldn't be more excited to have Patti-Anne join our Canadian leadership team at one of the most exciting times in our history," Ticketmaster North America president Jared Smith said in a statement. "Patti-Anne has a deep understanding of the Canadian venue and ticketing industry and her highly specialized background will ensure our newest tools will uniquely serve our Canadian clients."

Ticketmaster Canada recently extended its relationships with several clients across Canada, recently signing the Credit Union Centre, Brandt Centre, Centennial Concert Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, Massey Hall and B.C. Place.
"I look forward to leading the team in the rollout of the incredible new products for the more than 700 Ticketmaster clients across Canada," Tarlton said in a statement. "The new tools we are releasing will empower our clients like never before and will redefine the industry standard in remarkable ways."

Previously, Tarlton was VP of live entertainment Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), where she booked and managed the 19,800-capacity Air Canada Centre in Toronto and other MLSE properties. In 2012, Air Canada Centre ranked fourth among the world's top 10 grossing arenas, grossing $52.3 million from 52 events, according to Billboard Boxscore.
