Cirque du Soleil, MSG Entertainment and BASE Entertainment are teaming for the first time to present Cirque's new production Wintuk at New York City's Theater at Madison Square Garden this holiday season.

Wintuk, billed as "an enchanting winter tale about a boy named Wintuk, and his quest to find snow and adventure," will exclusively run at the venue from Nov. 1 through Jan. 6, 2008. Ticket prices for the family-targeted show will range from $30 to $99.

The 50-person-cast Wintuk, which was specifically designed for the Theater at Madison Square Garden and is Cirque du Soleil's first show created for a family audience, will run "throughout the holidays for the next several years," Jay Marciano, president of MSG Entertainment, said in a statement.

Delta Air Lines, which has a four-year partnership with Cirque du Soleil, is
the presenting sponsor of Wintuk.
