Changes are afoot at the Live Nation New York offices. Former Live Nation New York president Bruce Moran has been named president of the company's newly formed Latin American Division, effective immediately.

In his new role Moran will remain in New York and oversee Live Nation's business development in Latin America with a special focus on Mexico and Brazil.

Before coming to LN New York, Moran was CEO of OCESA Presents/CIE USA Entertainment, the largest promoter in Mexico.

In other LN New York news, Billboard.biz has learned that Kevin Morrow will replace Moran as president of Live Nation New York.

Additionally, Jason Miller, formerly with Live Nation in Denver, will join the LN New York office as a senior VP of booking. Phil Ernst and Jim Steen will remain in New York as senior VP's of booking and marketing, respectively.

Veteran promoter Jimmy Koplik, president of Live Nation Connecticut, will also play an expanded role in Live Nation's New York operation, and other changes are expected.
