- The Black Eyed Peas, MSTRKRFT, Shiny Toy Guns, Sneaky Sound System, Josh Wink, Stanton Warriors, Heidi, BT, the Bloody Beetroots, Riton and Rye Rye, among others, have been added to the 2009 Ultra Music Festival, to be held March 27-29 at Bicentennial Park in downtown Miami. They join previously announced performers Tiesto, Carl Cox, Bloc Party, Deadmau5, the Ting Tings, Cut Copy and Crystal Castles. Two-day passes for 11th annual event are currently available through the festival's Web site.

- International Creative Management (ICM) has tapped Stephanie Mahler as a booking agent for its concerts department in New York. Formerly an agent at Paradigm and the William Morris Agency, Mahler brings a roster that includes Anthony David, Kem, Kindred the Family Soul, Leela James, Noel Gourdin and N'dambi.

- Male vocal group Celtic Thunder has announced a 30-date North American tour, beginning March 21 at the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, N.Y., and wrapping May 7 at the UBC Thunderbird Arena in Vancouver. Tickets for the AEG Live-produced trek go on sale today (Feb. 13) in the United States and on Feb. 20 in Canada via ticketmaster.com. Celtic Thunder's self-titled album from a 2008 television appearance has sold 150,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. In the same year, the group released "Act Two," which has sold 50,000 copies.
