Austin-based C3 Presents will book the Belly Up Aspen in partnership with its owner Michael Goldberg and the Belly Up staff. C3 talent buyer Brooke Wirth will be the primary C3 booker working with the 450 capacity room. “It’s a great venue in an amazing town,” she says. “We want to keep the vibe of he room and book as much national and regional talent as we can.”

“My first Austin City Limits Festival was just prior to opening the Belly Up in Aspen,” says Goldberg in a statement. “I have watched C3 ever since then and continue to be impressed by how they do business. This partnership is an exciting step in the continued evolution of the Belly Up in Aspen and I’m excited for what C3 adds to our team.”

This will be C3’s first foray into Colorado. “We’re always looking for the right fit,” says C3 partner Charles Attal, adding that he has been friends with owner Goldberg for many years. “This just made sense. It’s an eclectic, very cool room, and it books a little of everything. We’ll try to bring in anything and everything that works.”
