Electronic dance music DJ/producer, Avicii has announced that he will embark on another massive North American Tour from May to June. Called the "Le7els" tour, promoters are billing this as the first all-arena North American tour by an electronic artist.
The Swedish artist will kick off his tour May 17 at the Reliant Arena in Houston, and will hit up venues such as the Sprint Center in Kansas City, and the American Airlines Arena in Miami before his last stop at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on June 28.
The tour is being promoted by Goldenvoice.
"Goldenvoice is excited to be working with AVICII on his North American tour," said Goldenvoice's Paul Tollett in a statement. "We can't wait for his Coachella performance, from what we've seen and heard it's going to be a highlight."
The 22-year old Swedish artist has already been on an unstoppable rise in the last couple years. He was named number six on DJ Mag's list of top 10 most popular Djs in the world. His collaboration with David Guetta, "Sunshine" was nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. This Saturday he's also headlining Ultra Music Festival in Miami, and Coachella on April 15 and 22.
Tickets for the "Le7els" tour go on sale on Monday March 26 at 12pm CDT on Ticketmaster. Ticket prices range from $27 to $47.
