EMI-owned Caroline Distribution has entered into an agreement with SimplyRed.com and will issue the act's next album in the U.S. on April 24. Simply Red worked with Red Distribution for 2003's "Home," and the act's 2005 set, "Simplified," was issued on Verve Forecast.

To date, "Simplified" has sold 33,000 units in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The new single from the adult pop act, "So Not Over You," is No. 10 on Billboard's Smooth Jazz Songs tally this week.

Caroline will release "So Not Over You" digitally on April 3. On April 24,
Caroline will distribute a number of Simply Red digital products, including
ringtones, ringbacks and videos.

Caroline will join a Simply Red team that already includes retail marketing company Rocket Science, and indie radio promoters Ashton Consults, All That Jazz Promotions and Jesus Garber Corporation.
