Billy Corgan’s rotating group of musicians have signed a worldwide exclusive Artist Services Deal with BMG Chrysalis U.S. to release the band’s next two albums, "Monuments to an Elegy" and "Day for Night", in 2015. The first single is expected at the end of this year.

The band has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and won multiple Grammy Awards, with hits such as “1979,” “Bullet with Butterfly Wings,” “Tonight, Tonight” and “Disarm.”

The Pumpkins came together in 1988, releasing albums "Gish" (1991), "Siamese Dream" (1993), the nine-times platinum "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness" (1995) and "Adore" (1998). After a hiatus of seven years, they released their acclaimed sixth album "Zeitgeist" in 2007, followed by several online releases and their latest studio album, "Oceania" in 2012, which entered the U.S. Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart at No. 4 and earned the No. 1 spot on the U.S. Independent Albums Chart.

Corgan and the band began recording sessions this week: “Plenty of songs have been written and are ready to go,” he said, adding a new single will be released by the end of the year.
