The New Music Seminar, scheduled for New York on June 10-11, is putting out a cattle call to new A&R executives at labels, publishers and book agencies with less than a year's experience to partake in a session at the meeting that will look at the future of A&R.

After applications are in, Virgin Records chief creative officer and executive VP Ron Fair will select 12 finalists and conduct live video interviews with them via a new technology called Shindig in mid-April, which will allow everyone to interact with each other. From that interview, Fair will select the six finalists to speak at the New Music Seminar.

To apply, email resumes with a letter about your vision of A&R today to by the deadline of April 12, 2013.
