BMG Songs has signed a worldwide co-publishing agreement with American Idol rocker Chris Daughtry, whose self-titled debut album on RCA Records currently sits at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 (Dec. 9).

Daughtry, the fourth-place finalist from the fifth season of American Idol, is the frontman and songwriter of the band of the same name. He wrote or co-wrote 10 of the album's songs, including the current single, "It's Not Over." The album has sold about 303,600 units in the U.S. since its release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
