BMI has completed a licensing agreement with SpiralFrog, an
advertising-based download service expected to launch in the U.S. in early
2007. The deal will give SpiralFrog the right to publicly perform more than
6.5 million songs represented by BMI.

"SpiralFrog's fresh approach to offering music in an advertising-driven
model opens an exciting new opportunity for the public to discover our
music," says Del Bryant, BMI president/CEO.

"It is only with support of industry leaders like BMI that we can help
create market-driven solutions to Internet piracy so that young people can get the music they want from legitimate sources," added Joe Mohen,
SpiralFrog chairman and founder.

The service has existing licenses with Universal Music Group and EMI Music Publishing.
