RoyaltyShare has acquired Independent Digital Entertainment & Arts, which provides outsourced content management and delivery services to record labels, distributors and retailers.

RoyaltyShare says it will add IDEA's outsourcing capabilities to its suite of backoffice technology services. The IDEA executive team will remain with the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
