EverGreen Copyrights has acquired the publisher's share of the catalog of Daytime Emmy winning and Grammy nominated songwriter/producer Steve Diamond.

The acquisition includes Diamond's interest in songs recorded by All-4-One and John Michael Montgomery ("I Can Love You Like That"), Faith Hill ("Let Me Let Go"), Backstreet Boys ("What Makes You Different") and many others.

Under the agreement with Steve and Teri Music, EverGreen will also administer about 400 unreleased pop and country titles and 50-75 commercially released songs, as well as Diamond's future works.

Diamond most recently co-wrote new material for the Pussycat Dolls and Reba McEntire. He also co-wrote Miley Cyrus' "I Learned from You" on the Hannah Montana soundtrack.

Diamond was awarded the 1999 Daytime Emmy for outstanding original song, "Just for You," which he co-wrote for the soap opera General Hospital.

EverGreen co-CEOs David Schulhoff and Richard Perna announced the deal.
