Universal Publishing Production Music, a division of Universal Group Music Publishing, has signed a worldwide deal to represent Immediate Music catalog in all territories outside the U.S., Japan, Korea, and Benelux.

Immediate Music, a supplier of original music for major studio feature film trailers, "is famous for their unique sound, high quality productions and reputation of supplying music for blockbuster film trailers," said UPPM worldwide president Gary Gross in a statement.

Immediate Music, co-founded in 1993 by composers/producers Yoav Goren and Jeffrey Fayman, has supplied original music for "The Incredible Hulk," "Iron Man," "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," "Pirates of the Caribbean 3," as well as the upcoming "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Princem," among many others.

The company also contributes music to the promotional campaigns of TV programs, the Olympics, NFL Super Bowl telecasts, the NHL playoffs and ad campaigns. Immediate Music co-founders won a 2007 Emmy Award for "Outstanding Music Composition in a Sports Program," for their work on "The XX Olympic Winter Games: The Stories of Torino." Yoav Goren is also the winner of a 2008 "BMI Award" for his work on The Olympics telecast cited above.

Universal Publishing Production Music has a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of 5,000 CDs of UMPG-owned repertoire, encompassing over 100,000 titles from over twenty-five different labels.
